The burial flow, no longer guesswork.

Burial is cremation's list minus the cremation-specific forms, plus a permit — a rule the August 28 Kearney session finally confirmed. Here is the flow, colour-coded by what that session resolved, what it verified, and what remains a genuine blind spot.

The reframe

One rule replaced a page of speculation.

Draft v0.3 was written as the question list for a Kearney burial discovery session. That session happened on August 28. It collapsed most of the per-item guesswork into a single structural rule — and moved the real uncertainty from "which forms exist" to "whose job is the permit, and is a headstone even in scope."

Same list minus cremation-specific forms; add burial/interment permit. Cascade container order confirmed applicable; cemetery coordination handled operationally.

The flow

Phases 1–5 and 7–8 mirror cremation almost exactly. The divergence lives in Phase 6 — now split into what the system tracks and what happens off-system.
